All taxes I’ve paid were sent back to my bank account, so don’t worry about that. I’m fully satisfied, and know where to get back for my next pair of sunglasses! :)

Be really careful Alexia G, I had made a purchase recently (that instantly got backordered) and I then made an enquiry similar to this to check if they were being genuine, and i got a similar response to tell me 5-11 days it would be ready... and then this confirmed they are misleading and they don't bother to actually listen to their customers and make an effort to check availability with suppliers... i'm now waiting for a month to find out about the stock, they r fast to take the money from your account thats one thing they can guarantee to do quickly. Ive read most reviews on here and similar story, my advice is that you go with a more efficient company...

Can I order without a prescription, I have a prescription which hasn't changed for 10 years(still wearing the same glasses with no problems). I have no idea where my prescription is and don't want to pay for another eye test which is $100!
Probably can, give them a call. The inside sales people they have are really helpful and friendly. That was what remember about SmartBuyGlasses.

Yes you can order just the frames and if you can get the old prescription info you can type that in as well. They have all kinds of options you will not be disappointed

Are the products 100% authentic?
Absolutely! I have a pair of Gucci which I bought 3 years ago. Went to my local optical shop, to get prescription glasses in them. They confirmed that they are autentical. Still wearing them 3 years later, still gold details intact, and the frames are tight and like new.
